‘Race to the Next Level’ was an interactive touch screen application created by JPC for their client, AWS, designed for the MWC Barcelona 2024 trade show. JPC’s team envisioned and designed the application that offers an engaging way for attendees to explore AWS services through swiping, while also measuring user interest in AWS products. Based on the original idea, vision, and design by JPC, we helped in developing the app and bringing this project to life, ensuring all functional requirements were met.

The project required the application to be optimised for use on large touch screens, ensuring that it was user-friendly, responsive to touch interactions, and perfectly tuned to operate smoothly on the specific touch screen hardware used at the event, which necessitated meticulous testing and optimisation.

Parallel animations

Implementing parallel animations that responded seamlessly to user interactions, enhancing the overall experience and engagement, while accurately replicating the design provided by JPC’ team to ensure the final product matched their vision.

User interest analysis

Aligned with JPC’s vision and brought to live with our assistance, the application delivered an immersive and engaging experience for MCW Barcelona 2024 attendees. Thanks to the app, they could explore AWS services intuitively by the use of interactive touch screen technology. Functioning flawlessly on the designated touch screen hardware, the app provided a consistent and high-quality user experience that facilities both longer interaction times and a deeper understanding of AWS offerings.
